This unit was used as a generator load bank building.

 

It has removal, weatherproof louvers for ventilation. Perfect for 20" deep motor control center lineups, mounted face to face.

The interior floor space measures 96" wide by 17'6" long. The ceiling is 112" high

 

There is an existing piece of switchgear enclosure with no interior. It is just a sheet metal box and can be easily removed.
